Catarina Matos wins "Best Poster Award" at the TIDES training school

Catarina Matos, IDL Earthsystems PhD student , won the first price for her poster at the TIDES training school: Seismic Tomography: from data analysis to inversion, results, and uncertainty estimates. 10 -14 July 2017 Oxford - UK.

The poster presents results of the study of small magnitude earthquakes in the Alentejo region (south Portugal),  discussing the small-scale fault structure of this region taking into account information provided by ambient noise tomography, surface geology, magnetic anomaly and gravity anomaly. The winning Poster
