"la Caixa" Doctoral Fellowships call is now open

The doctoral INPhINIT "la Caixa" Program aims to support the best scientific talent, of any nationality and foster innovative and high-quality research in Spain and Portugal by recruiting outstanding international researchers and offering them an attractive and competitive environment for conducting research of excellence. The program is divided into two modalities with different frameworks:

Incoming Fellowships: 35 Ph.D. fellowships for researchers willing to carry out their Ph.D. project at research centers accredited with the Spanish Seal of Excellence, and Portuguese centers certified as “excellent” according to the evaluation of the Fundação de Ciência e Tecnologia. These fellowships are aimed exclusively at STEM disciplines.

Retaining Fellowships: 30 Ph.D. fellowships for researchers willing to carry out their Ph.D. project in any research domain and at any university or research center in Spain or Portugal.
