As a field-based geologist with expertise in Geological Mapping and Structural Geology, I develop my work in the exquisite natural laboratory that is the Iberian Massif (Portugal and Spain). My present research focuses on the Geodynamic evolution and modeling of the Lower Palaeozoic seas and of the construction and collapse of the Variscan Orogen, to understand how the European crust was formed.
