Scientific Interests

Main Interests: 

Her areas of work include Land-Ocean-Atmosphere interactions and the use of GIS in geoscience teaching. Her research comprise various topics related to geodynamics and tectonic processes, such as numerical modeling of earth deformation processes, seismic hazard assessment, and hydroclimate topics such as the impact of climate on groundwater levels and the use of GRACE data on water resources evaluation. Her primary research interests at the moment focus on understanding how subsurface processes, such as groundwater level and earthquakes, are affected by the global climate system and ongoing changes in hydrological loads.
